CHARMA offers free Regular Shipping on all Australian orders. Express Shipping is available at checkout for $15.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

As each piece is custom made, orders are typically prepared and posted within 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.


DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Please note that signature on delivery is not selected. If your delivery address is not secure, we recommend choosing a Parcel Locker or another secure collection address at checkout to help ensure your order arrives safely.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

International shipping will be available soon. We’re working on making CHARMA available to our international customers and will share updates on our website and socials as soon as this becomes available.
