3. Products and orders
Charma offers custom charm jewellery and selected limited pieces.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device
- as many pieces are handmade or custom assembled, slight variations may occur between pieces
- product availability may change at any time without notice
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Custom and made-to-order pieces
Many Charma pieces are custom made or assembled to order.
By placing an order for a custom or personalised item, you acknowledge that:
- you are responsible for reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase
- changes may not be possible once production has begun
- slight variations may occur due to the handmade and custom nature of the product
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If there has been a genuine pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
Payments made through our Shopify store are processed using secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.
6. Shipping and delivery
We offer free regular shipping on Australian orders.
As Charma pieces are often custom made, orders are generally posted within 5 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. For current delivery estimates and service updates, please refer to the Australia Post website.
Express Shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note:
- signature on delivery is not selected by default
- if your shipping address is not secure, we recommend using a Parcel Locker or another secure collection address
- once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control
International shipping will be available soon.
7. Returns, refunds, and consumer rights
Because many Charma pieces are custom made or personalised, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind unless we choose to do so.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or non-compliant goods. Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers have rights to remedies when products do not meet consumer guarantees, and those rights cannot be excluded by store policies or terms.

If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order has been placed, particularly for custom-made items that may have already entered production.
